Tip 1. Eat Properly!!

Vegetables, in abundance ! 2-3 servings of fruits; 1-3 servings of nuts, or legumes; 1-2 servings of dairy or calcium supplement;1-2 servings of poultry, fish, or eggs; Sparing use of white rice, white bread, potatoes, pasta and sweets;Sparing use of red meat and butter.

Tip 2.Control your weight.
By doing this, you can also reduce your chance of suffering from lifestyle diseases such as Diabetes Mellitus and other cardiovascular complications.
Tip 3. Exercise Regularly.
You should try to get an hour of aerobic exercise daily. You may start from the very basics such as walking, jogging and swimming. Exercise will help increase your metabolic rate, build muscle, and help you maintain your weight.
Tip 4. Drink plenty of water.
You should drink at least eight glasses of water daily to promote proper body circulation, prevent dry skin and cracked lips Hydration also helps eliminate toxins in your body.
Tip 5. Reward and triumph.
Be Good to Yourself!! Pampering yourself with relaxing massage, bubble bath, manicure, or whatever makes you feel good. Or even treating yourself with material things are just as good as giving yourself motivation to hold on. Celebrate every victory and try to live and enjoy life up to the fullest.
Tip 6. Get Adequate Sleep and Take a Power Nap
- Sleep is important for concentration, memory formation and the repair of damage to your body's cells during the day. Chronic lack of sleep increases the risk for developing obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and infections.
Mid-day sleep, or a 'power nap', means more patience, less stress, better reaction time, increased learning, more efficiency and better health
