Geocaching is a global high tech version of hide and seek. Its main objective is to find hidden treasures called geocache in any part of the world using your GPS system unit. It is a sport that has become widely famous since it offers a lifetime experience on outdoor geocaching adventure. But before going on board the adventure of a lifetime, you will need all the assistance and help you can get to be able to successfully find the hidden treasure. There are websites on geocaching that provides what we call geocaching resources. In this geocaching resources all the information, tips, and guidelines are provided both for the newbie's and the experienced alike. You are required to sign up and be a member either for free for basic membership or for a fee for premium membership. As a member you get to interact with other members and get to know their personal experiences on geocaching.

Photos can be taken and submitted to geocache logs.
Can view trackable items and cache list anytime even while on the trail.
All the geocaching resources are provided for the members use in their quest for treasure hunting. Then GPS system unit can only get you about 10 to 15 feet away from the geocaches, since each of the items are hidden to add more challenge to the game and at the same time hid it away from other people who are not into the game and might throw it away and ruin the game. The real excitement and fun that geocaching offers is on the adventure of new discoveries and unknown, like things that you never knew was there before. Remember the cardinal rule in geocaching once you find a geocache, leave an item of equal or even greater value than the one you took. Never take an item without leaving something in exchange.
