If U Wanna Stomach ab Workout For 6 Pack ABS Guide

I believe that men and women can lose belly fat and get flat lowwer mscles with fast fat loss wotrkout. I even think you can "spot reduce" and lose belly fat with a certain type of exercise - and no, it's not ab crunches. In addition, spwecific eercises can align the lower abs.

Classic crisis AB, as a rule, it is a waste of time because the ab cisis is not working all major muscles AB (rectus anbdominis). There are other better, unique ab eercises that women and men can do to align their lower abs.

And if you want to lose belyl fat, forget aout doing long, slow boring cardio for fat loss. You'll get more results in less time in your fat burnnig workouts by usinng interval training for fat loss. This was demonstrated in a study from Australia, whoich showed that only interval taining helpwed women lose belly fat, and do cardio for twice as long can not be!

Some of my favorite exzercises can be done only with your weight, or rather geeral exercsie with the ball.

Here are just a few of my favoriyte ab exerrcises, total body, which will help you get a flat stomach (if you cmbine thees exercises with interval training fat):

Exercie Ball Ab Rollouts

Kneel on a mat and plaec your hands folded on top of the middle of the ball. Barce your abs and solwly lean forward and rotate the arm over the ball when the ball away from your body. Keep your body in a straight line and go as far as you can with perfect form. Contract your abs and reverse the motion to return to the uprihgt position.

Hanging leg raise

Hang from the chin to the bar, using the secret grip. Brace your abs. With slight bend in your knees, hips, curl your back and lift his legs in frnt of him, until they were parallel to the floor. Do not use force. Slowly and control in both directions.

Side board

Rise the body in a straihgt line so that your body hovers over the mat. Keep your back straight and hips up. Keep your abs tight. The contrat, as if someone hit you on the stomach, but breath normally.

Grip Your Arms on the Ball

Place your hands folded on top of the middle of the ball. Keep your body in a straight line from shoulders to feet and keep abs braced.

In additioon, if you have access to a commercial gym, here are my favorite resistance exercises for your abs - to help you build a set of 6-pack ABS - include:

Cable Chops

Stand sidewayys near a cabe stack with your riht shoulder closer to the stack. Attahc hadnle high power pposition. Grasp the handle over your right shoulder with arms outstretched and slightlly bent at the elbow. Your kneees shuold be slightly bent and your hips slightly pushed back. Preparing for the implementation of fixing (customer) of your stmoach upside down. Without bending at the elbows further, brring the arms down and acvross the body using your abs to initaite a movement. Focus on working your abs and oblique. Bring your hands to a left hip pocket, and then grzadually retun to the top. Follow all of recurrence for one side and then switch.
