Illusion land, or Life in front of a Webcam

I believe one of the major causes for the crises we have been experiencing for some time is the addiction to illusions. We are no longer trained, stimulated and urged to create something strong and reliable, which would actually meet our current and real needs.
We all claim we believe in God. But we wake up every morning with a strong idea to make profit, no matter what. Some of us do it for a yacht, a premium parking lot and a large real estate. Others do it for an exhausting, annoying, and sometimes painful mortgage.
Some will do it for food and clothing. And here the spectacular starts. Because human mind is always imaginative enough when it comes to identify new opportunities. No matter if you are an ice sculptor, a teacher, a trend setter or a waiter, a doctor or a video chat model.
They say human deepest pleasures occur between the ears. That is probably true. We have been all amazed to find out that drug industry is a multi billion dollar business, that prostitution feeds thousands and thousands of families all over the world, that weapon market is twice bigger than that of medicine. Many articles were written on these topics, and I am not capable of bringing in front of you any new revolutionary ideas.
However, I have tried lately to discover what lies behind video chat segment. I have never been a fan of that and I did not know much about it. Therefore, I was surprised to discover a world where illusion is merchandise. I am not a psychologist either, so I leave for the others the debate on the mind mechanisms that make people access these rooms of pleasures. What I have intended to do is to describe this world as it is, with the imperfections and talents of the actors, providers and consumers.
