As I've previously stated they both apply sleeper systems and it's impossible to win at online roulette with this kind of system. Sleeper systems require you to endlessly increase your bets after a loss until you get a win, the problem with this is that after a few losses you've lost your entire bankroll.

Online casinos use software to determine the results of their games and it's designed to stop sleeper systems from working. Online casinos aren't stupid enough to let people win easy money from them every day.

You probably won't be surprised at this point to learn that I don't recommend roulette raper. After taking a look at it it's fairly obvious that the roulette raper developer has simply copied roulette sniper to try and make some easy money.
