Mad Men Doing a Social Service?

Curvy girls are awesome and this is often why I am scripting this article. Life is all about curvy women, on behalf of me at least. It's sad that nowadays TV perpetuates a stereotype of malnourished skinny ladies t hat promotes dangerous personality, eating disorders and makes otherwise beautiful women starve themselves to the purpose that they look like skeletons.

I'm sorry but that is just not attractive. I was brooding about why that was the other day and I used to be watching the movie Scarface. It occurred to me that this whole trend of ultra skinny women started within the 80’s somehow and women were meant to be flat-chested and ultra thin. Before that within the sixty’s and 70’s, girls were full figured, rosy cheeked and healthy.

I just don’t understand why rapidly, thus several women started starving themselves to fit some kind of Hollywood image. But Television nowadays is changing things. Shows like Mad Men have the ultra curvy and absolutely breathtaking Cristina Hendricks who has proven once and for all that curves are what it's all about.

However will you even imagine an opposite state of affairs where suddenly it becomes all the fashion for men to be pot-bellied. You rouse in some unspecified time in the future and understand that pot bellied men are suddenly considered attractive. It may happen! Fashion and trends are pretty fickle. I mean, how many times have you ever seen recent photographs and wondered how on earth people might go around wanting like that?

Fashion and the need to adapt are large parts of the human expertise so it is entirely plausible that in some unspecified time in the future pot bellied men would be considered the “in” thing. Thus, if you have skinny legs and arms however conjointly a massive recent belly hanging down over your pants, you're most likely the sexiest man alive. In such a world, Brad Pitt would be ultra ugly and Drew Carey would grace the quilt of GQ magazine once a year.

I understand it sounds like a pipe dream however who is aware of, right? It is entirely plausible. Anyway therefore that is my take on television and how it affects us. Get yourself a sensible TV!
