New Forest National Park

To reach this wonderful landscape, you have very good train service that starts from Southampton. These trains take you straightly to the heart of the New Forest. After reaching this evergreen place, you have so many interesting things to explore. Most of the tourists prefer to walk around the New Forest National Park as it has many activities to bask, some of the place that please your eyes are museums, quiet country roads, un-spoilt forest surroundings and more attractions are awaiting for you

Cycling around the New Forest is also very popular activities by which you can explore the landscape better than walking. There are some towns which rent bicycles to the tourist so you can use them to explore this wonder land. The small villages and towns in the New Forest allow you to get off from the busy urban life to some kind of England’s countryside.

Another quaint historic village in this place is the Bucklers Hard which is located on the riverside and it is built in the 18th century. This small village is famous for being centre for shipbuilding during the Napoleonic period. Brockenhurst is one of the famous little towns and it is the best place to start the journey as it has excellent rail links. Other top attractions of the New Forest include villages like Fordingbridge, Bransgore, Burley, and towns like Ringwood, Lymington, and Lyndhurst. Don’t forget to visit Forestry Commission campsites; one of the perfect places to camp is Hollands Wood.

The village of Beaulieu is one of the best places for New Forest accommodation and here you can admire the beauty of old New Forest cottages with green gardens and mill pond. You can see here donkeys and New Forest ponies here in Beaulieu. Other top attraction in this place is Beaulieu Abbey.
