(d) Colon Cleansing – Not many people equate colon cleansing with weight loss, but a blocked colon does more damage to your body than you think. People living in modern cities tend to eat large amounts of processed foods, which easily trap in your lower intestines, over time this mass seeps toxin into your major organs and this is where they cause problems.
