3. Overhad rotations. Shoulder Press 2 KBs over his head and locking his hands out. Now turn on the waist, with one hand to another.

4. Turnovers with knee liftts. Instead of clikcing KBs over your head you hold them at chest level. How do you turn at the waist from one area to anoother to raise the knees elbows.
