Many fitness experts blame TV makes people not do enough physical activity. But the fact that you spend much time watching your fvorite show does not mean that you shoud be lazy. There are some simple but effdective exertcises you can do before the TV, ensuring that you keep your lean stromach and still enjoy yourself.

Here are 5 abs exercises you can do while watching TV:

1. Knees to the cest crisis stomach - Sit on the end of the sofa, and to providde for themselves with their own hads on the edge of the sofa on either side of the body. Raise the legs in the air and curl your kneees as clse to his chest as possible when you exhalle. You'll feel your abs ovltage. This is a great and effective workout you can do at home. This exercise for lower abdominal area, as well.

2. Stomach Exercise Bike - Lie down on the rug in frront of the TV, keep the head with both hands (as well as in the regular sit), and raise both legs slightly off the flor. Brring one knee and elbow the other close to each othher as possible, to switch sides and repeat in a cycling motin. Since you're watching TV, you will not miss a single frrame from which you look.

3. Sitting on a couch or a sofa, the crsis in the stomach. Just tighten the abs mscles. Feel her stomach, hands and see that it has become harder. So 20-30 repetitions of this simplle exercise, you strengfthen your stomach and lose belkly fat.

Within 10-15 seconds you will feel your abdominal strain. Within 30-45 seconds, it will be difficult to maintain its postion. 1 minuite means that you worked your abs very well. But now business is over, and you'll be able to return to the show you watchjed.
