What to Eat to Build Bigger Muscles-Top 5 Foods for Muscle Growth

I have made a list of the top 5 foods i eat that will give you a substantial amount of protein. See Weightlifting can only take you so far. Without the proper diet and nutrition you wont succeed in your goals whatever they may be. I like to Spread my Meals out by Eating 5 times a day but thats another story, but here is the list i found beneficial in making my meal plans.

1. Egg whites:There have been a lot of substitutions made for Egg Whites. One is Casein protein powder. Alot of athletes use casein powder in place of Egg Whites. Why? With Casein powder it only takes 1 scoop per serving, unfortunately with Egg Whites it takes 6-8 whites to get one serving. It may be easier to use casein powder, keep in mind that casein powder is missing most of the amino acids that Egg Whites Contain naturally. I like Egg Whites and the taste of Casein Protein powder is Not the Best but still is efficient at building muscle.

2.Red Meat:There are a lot of Different Perspectives on the Neccessity of Red Meat. I like The Top Sirloin Cut of meat since it is the leanest and healthiest piece of meat. The Top Sirloin Cut of meat has the lowest Cholesterol count compared to rest of the Retail Cuts. Top Sirloin has about 27 grs of protein. You have to Marinate this cut of Beef since it is generally tough.This Cut of Beef Very Beneficial in Muscle Growth.

3.Fish:The most healthiest fish for you is the Salmon and Mackerel. Both are Relatively high in protein and omega-3 fatty acids. There are many ways to have your fish prepared. My choice of fish would be the Salmon Grilled.Fish is high in proteins are key in building muscle, and encouraging muscle growth.

4.Nuts:The Nut that contains the most protein is the Peanut. It has 19 Gr of protein per half cup. Peanut butter is a staple in the body building world cause it makes a great snack for you any time of the day. Mostly used as a snack in between meals or to give you that extra protein you need at meeting your muscle growth.

5.Chicken:The Breast of the Chicken is the best part for you. You get 50 gr of protein. Chicken is inexpensive and can be prepared in a variety of ways. Stick with the Breast of the Chicken which is the white meat. The Reason for this is even though the dark meat and skin taste good on the Chicken it is not the best parts for you.No other cuts possess the amount of protein that the Breast offers. That is what makes it great at building muscle.
