Worship Conferences Aren't The Whole Thing

How many times have you ever been to worship conferences, been inspired by some really terrific praise and worship leaders, nevertheless come home to your native church solely to discover that you continue to do not recognize how to lead worship effectively? Does this mean which worship conferences are useless?
